Welcome to Back to Nature. I’m glad you dropped by. Some of you may be wondering why I created this site and what I aim to do with it. As some of you may know, I have always been a lover of nature. I often spend my time composing songs based around the subject of nature as well as creating soundscapes that mimics the natural world.
Recently, I’ve started to become detached with the buildup of cities and suburbs. It saddens me just how much of our natural environment has replaced by skyscrapers, housing estates and highways, and continues to do so through the greed of urban developers who just want to make money. Part of me wishes I was living back in a time when the city was nothing but country area. I would dearly wish for this to actually come to fruition again but I know I can never do it alone – or if it is even possible.
What I hope to achieve with this site is to inspire like-minded people into help me reclaim our world as it once was – without high-rise buildings and super highways. Maybe we can plant more trees and grow more of our own food. Maybe even buying land and converting it into community gardens.
Perhaps it is possible. Perhaps it isn’t but we’ll never know if we don’t try …
